We want you to love your BXC gear.

Returns eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-returnable items

Sale or clearance items

Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to a manufacturing fault

Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out.

Refund

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a BXC error.
